To the right is one of my favorite people I've worked with in my fitness career. Mark has been working with me since the end of last summer. He comes in 4 days a week and works his butt off. His goals were to be healthy, lose weight, and drop some body fat. Well as we can all see, Mark is well on his way. He's down over 40lbs, over 8% body fat, stronger, and healthier then he's been in quite some time.

I just want to say thank you to him for allowing me to work with him!! Great job Mark! You're a true inspiration!!
